Cancellation and Refund of Online Fee Payment

AAI Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy pertains to the cancellation and refunds related issues in connection with the applications submitted online on AAI website for recruitments in AAI. Cancellation of applications submitted online is not permissible. No refund of the application fee paid online or deposited directly with the bank will be made to the candidates who don’t appear in the examination / interview. In no case, a refund will be made for payments deposited by the candidates in HDFC Banks through challan. Refund of application fee (without the bank processing charges) against the transaction made through credit/Debit cards is applicable if a duplicate payment is made because of the failure of the network or any other reasons like non receipt of acknowledgement from the bank etc. In such situations the transaction id generated by the Bank shall remain unused with AAI. In such cases the application fee (without the bank processing charges) shall be refunded after due verification. The requests for refund will be considered only if they are received within 90 days of the transaction. No refund shall be agreed after 90 days. The candidates will have to approach AAI on e-mail id hrm_ans@aai.aero for the refunds and will have to submit the following information (as applicable) before such refunds are processed.

• Credit card statement / Bank Challan No if any (for payments directly deposited with the bank)
All refunds will be sent by cheque to the address recorded by the candidate on the AAI website at the time of submission of his payment.
