The following are the tentative dates for conducting the written examination for the posts of:

Junior Executive( Engineering-Civil),
Junior Executive (Engineering-Electrical),
Junior Executive (Fire Services) and
Junior Executive (Information Technology)
02/09/2012
Junior Executive (Airport Operations)
(B) Written examination:
1. The duration of written examination shall be of two hours.
2. The written test will be of 120 objective type questions with multiple choices.
(C) Syllabus/Pattern:
For Junior Executive Engineering (Civil/Electrical) :
(a) 70% questions on subjects relating to educational qualifications prescribed for the post; and
(b) 30% on General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English etc.
(D) For Junior Executive- Fire Services, Information Technology, Airport Operations:
(a) 50% questions on subjects relating to educational qualifications prescribed for the post; and
(b) 50% on General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English etc.
The admit card for written examination along with venue/centre of the examination shall be made available on AAI website, two weeks before the scheduled date of examination.
Notification for all the other posts advertised will be announced as and when the schedules are finalized.

As per my knowledge Class 11 & 12 syllabus is followed for Junior Executive AAI 2012 Exam.

ReplyDeletepaper is very touff....assert and reasoning questions zada hai....apti mae quadratic ke questions zada the arnd 10-12 and profit-loss 3-4. english mae 10 synonyms and 10 antanyms...rest fill in the blank but that was not easy.....technical paper....only thing good was "NO NEGATIVE marking' so was at ease....--- neha gupta (delhi)

ReplyDeleteyes, paper is full of hr related questions. in operations. its a super wiser job. ece,mech. it questions very less. most related to ancient history(gupta period). english has mainly synonym etc...and comprehension. cut0ff 25 in each section for general,as per last yr cutoff....i gave it in 2yrs back so knw...--neha gupta

ReplyDeleteYes. there is 1/3rd negative marking.....my brother works in AAI. it's 200% confirm guys.....and cutoff 2yrs back was 22 sectional (general), 17(obc) , 14(sc/st), cutoff in AAI(operation).

@simran kaur- are u sure cutoff was 22 in each section coz paper was touff....i agree that negative marking is there but 22 in non-tech i accept but in technical i should be 27-30. paper of operation is most touff ..touffer than atc and electronics....-atinder pal

ReplyDeleteThere is negative marking 100%. its a psu. does any psu has no negative markng."NO". 1/3rd negative marking is there. i gave aai atc 2011 exam. voice test not cleared....when i went for voice test, i confirmed it. negative marking is there. -- manish.

ReplyDeleteHi all,I gave the AAI Airport operation on the 21st,i found the paper pretty reasonable.As of the negative marking thing,we have to believe whats mentioned in the question paper.N there was no mention of the negative marking.
ReplyDeleteI think the cut off would probably be in the range of high twenties for both the sections(if there is a sectional cutoff) and close to 60 overall.

Is there any way to know about it ...how much more time does the recruitment procedure want ..1 year is gone yet the AAI does not make out a recruitment . What the hell is this ?
